The SEL projects
The Service d’Entraide et de Liaison (SEL) Projets is a Protestant humanitarian development and emergency relief organization.

The objective of this Belgian non-profit association is to provide relevant assistance to the most destitute through reliable local partners. Its actions are spread over four departments: development projects, child sponsorship, food support and emergency relief.

From its headquarters in Belgium, SEL Projets directly supports development projects in three countries: Burkina Faso, Burundi and India.

For its sponsorship programmes, SEL Projects works with two types of partners. Several sponsorship centres are managed by direct partners in Madagascar, others are managed by Compassion International, (through SEL France) in 26 developing countries.

In the event of a major humanitarian crisis, SEL Projets coordinates its actions through a network of Christian NGOs (through SEL France and the Integral platform) to effectively support their local partners in an emergency situation.
